Who we are

This page is run by Aglocom, a digital marketing agency based in Hyderabad, India. Privacy contact: hello@aglocom.com.

What we collect

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, phone number, business name, city, business website (optional), type of business, role, market, approximate monthly inquiries, monthly ad budget, inquiry sources, a description of your main problem and your budget readiness. We also record the campaign details in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source and utm_campaign), the market and the price shown to you.

Why we use it

To assess your inquiry, contact you by phone or email about it, and measure which campaigns bring relevant inquiries. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, add you to a WhatsApp group or commit you to a purchase.

Where it goes

• Hosting and form handling: Hostinger. The host keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, time). Our form handler checks your answers, keeps only a short-lived hashed record of your IP address to block spam, and sends an email alert with your inquiry to the Aglocom team.
• Form processing: a Cloudflare Worker operated by Aglocom, which passes your answers to our CRM. It does not keep a copy.
• Storage: Zoho CRM (India data centre), where Aglocom staff handling inquiries can see your details.

Your form answers are not sent to analytics or advertising tools. This page loads no third-party fonts, cookies or tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become clients are deleted from our CRM and inbox 12 months after the last contact.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@aglocom.com. We will reply within 30 days.
